Advanced Tumbling
Many athletes at this level are perfecting skills and technqiue for competitive or school cheer. Mastering multiple back handsprings and the tuck and gaining the basics of a layout is necessary for progression and success in Elite levels.

Students are working on aerials, front tucks, round-off back handspring tucks/ layouts, standing back handsprings to tucks/ layouts, and standing tucks.
Requirements
Required to be in class: Standing and running 3 back handsprings
Preferred: Front Handspring and bounder or Front handspring series
