What the three months are

A short first season that builds real skills

They walk in a little nervous and leave standing taller. Your athlete practices with the same beginner team all season, building real Level 1 and Level 2 gymnastics and tumbling skills, making friends, and finishing with a Friends and Family Showcase right here at the gym.

Built for Level 1 and Level 2 skills

Tier 1 is the right fit for athletes working on Level 1 and Level 2 gymnastics, meaning foundational floor work, balance, body awareness, and technique, taught with clear progressions.

Confidence that grows

Encouraging coaches help athletes feel capable, make friends, and develop a love for the sport.

A showcase for family

A free, no travel, no pressure performance at the gym where parents, grandparents and friends get to cheer them on.

  • Tier 1 gymnast practicing a skill
  • Tier 1 athletes at All 4 Gymnastics
  • Young gymnast enjoying practice

The showcase

Every athlete performs. Nobody sits out

On the last week of the session your athlete performs everything they have learned in front of parents, grandparents, siblings and friends, at the Frisco gym. It is free, there is no travel, and every single athlete performs.

  • Free

No spectator fee, no travel cost.

  • At the Frisco gym

Held in the last week of the session.

  • Everyone performs

Every athlete takes the floor. Nobody sits out.

Questions

Tier 1 gymnastics questions, answered

Tap a question to open its answer.

Is my athlete the right level?

If they are working on Level 1 or Level 2 gymnastics skills, Tier 1 is the right fit. That includes brand new athletes. We start with the foundations and build real skills from there.

Does my child need any experience?

No. No experience and no tryouts. Everyone who signs up is on the team.

Tell me about the showcase.

It is free, held at the Frisco gym in the last week of the session, and every athlete performs.

How do I see the practice times?

Practice times for the current session are listed above, and the enroll link for each gym shows live openings.

Is this a competitive or traveling team?

No. There is no travel and no outside competition. The season ends with the in-house showcase.

What happens after the three months?

Athletes can continue into the next session, or talk to a coach about moving toward our XCEL competitive gymnastics program.

Do you offer multi-class or sibling discounts?

Yes. Adding classes lowers your monthly total. A 45-minute class is $99 a month for 1 class a week, $149 for 2 and $198 for 3. A 55-minute class is $119, $179 and $238. Each additional sibling gets $10 off. Team athletes get 50% off any additional classes. See pricing

Still Not Sure?

Tell Us About Your Athlete

Tell us a little about your athlete and which gym is closest, and we will help you pick the right session and get them on the Tier 1 team.

We answer during gym hours, usually the same day.
